Sema is a technology company that helps large investors and organizations assess legal risks and software code quality. Its key products include AI Code Monitor, which tracks GenAI usage and regulatory compliance, and Codebase Scans, which provide in-depth code analysis and technical insights with visual analytics.
🔎 The team is currently looking for an SDET engineer for the role of an expert and testing architect.
💻 Responsibility:
- Development and support of a set of reliable and fast E2E and integration regression tests to accelerate and simplify the release cycle of the Sema Intelligence platform;
- Working with the engineering team to improve testing processes and build a scalable approach to regression testing;
- Designing and implementing a regression testing framework from scratch for a highly integrated LLM-based product;
- Educating developers on the best testing practices and acting as a technical expert on quality;
- Creating autotests for CI pipelines: analyzing current pipelines, developing your own lightweight framework, partially masking components, launching in CI and optimizing coverage with minimal test execution time.
💪 Required experience:
- Work experience in early-stage and startup product companies;
- Python programming skills;
- Experience writing E2E unit/integration/regression tests;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
💫 Not necessary, but nice to have:
- Experience in optimizing the release process;
- Load testing experience;
- User interface testing experience;
- Experience building autotesting from scratch;
- User interface testing skills (optional, as there is a cloud solution).
