We are Crystalia Glass LLC, a glazing construction company based in Brooklyn, NY. Our company was established in 2017 and has grown exponentially since! Among our clients are SpaceX, Nike, Starbucks, Bank of America, Yves Saint Laurent, and many others.

Our ideal candidate is organized, has strong prioritization skills, can be flexible when challenges arise, has a deep desire to develop and mentor others, and wants to work in a fast growing NYC based company.
Please note: we are looking for someone who is more of an operator than a strategist — someone who can lead day-to-day operations, manage processes, and drive results with hands-on involvement.
Your efforts will be supported by guidance and input from the Owner/CEO, and other teammates as required. You will also be provided with a specially developed training program to learn about our quality product.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, prioritize key market segments, and increase sales;
- Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management;
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conducting regular performance reviews and setting goals to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets;
- Coordinate daily activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise;
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are aligned with company values and priorities;
- Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth;
- Market analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years of related sales experience, with at least 3 years of management experience.
- Strong experience in CRM systems.
- Fluent English (C1-C2 level).
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate opportunities and problems to drive business results.
- Proficient in CRM, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate and cooperate effectively.
- Strong team-building and leadership skills, as a positive and encouraging leader.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a busy and sometimes high-pressure environment.
Job Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5pm EST time. Fully remote
Pay: Fixed Salary and bonus based on goals performed
