Want to drive millions of new users to global hits? We’re looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager to take ownership of our UA strategy and team management.
Responsibilities
- Setting KPIs for the team and ensuring consistent execution.
- Managing large budgets: planning, allocation, and performance control.
- Mentoring the team: developing specialists, setting goals and priorities, providing regular feedback.
- Identifying growth opportunities through analysis of processes, channels, and performance metrics.
- Building strong relationships with platforms and external partners.
- Developing creative strategy with the design team: idea generation, task setting, structured A/B testing, and scaling top-performing creatives.
- Creating and executing user acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Scaling successful channels and testing new traffic sources.
- Optimizing key metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention) across all platforms.
- Working cross-functionally with BI, product, and marketing teams to maximize revenue and ROI.
- Applying predictive models to forecast performance and adjust UA strategy.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UA, including at least 1-2 years in a Lead or Head role.
- Proven track record in managing UA teams: hiring, mentoring, goal setting, performance tracking.
- Hands-on experience with monthly budgets of $1-2M+ for planning, allocation, and efficiency control.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, and rewarded networks - both strategic and operational.
- Successful cases of UA scaling and driving products to top revenue charts.
- Deep understanding of attribution (SKAdNetwork, MMPs) and traffic analytics.
- Knowledge of LTV/ROAS predictive models and ability to integrate them into UA strategy.
- Experience with IAP monetization and solid grasp of F2P game economics.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, analytics, and creative teams.
- English proficiency sufficient for negotiations and working with global partners.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with puzzle/casual genres or other games with long ROI cycles.
- Proven track record in launching new UA channels and testing unconventional traffic sources.
- Experience building retargeting and CRM campaigns to boost LTV.
- Basic understanding of data science/ML for BI collaboration and improving predictive models.
- Active involvement in creative strategy development with a structured, idea-driven approach.
- Experience working with external agencies and vendors, building strategic partnerships.
- Skills in long-term financial and strategic planning.
- Experience scaling UA teams and building departmental structure.
