About the position

We are looking for a DevOps-oriented Systems Administrator to support both our infrastructure automation and internal operations. The role combines responsibilities such as maintaining deployment pipelines, improving internal tooling, and participating in the daily support rotation - including troubleshooting user issues and ensuring operational continuity in an SLA-driven environment.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelinesManage and automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform and HelmOperate and optimize Kubernetes clusters and cloud-based servicesMaintain and improve observability (monitoring, logging, alerting)Participate in the on-call rotation and Service Desk support rotation (e.g., incident triage, ticket handling)Collaborate with Service Desk teams to resolve escalated issuesAssist with incident analysis and resolution in coordination with development and support teamsDocument infrastructure, incident procedures, and troubleshooting guidesRequirementsProven experience with DevOps tools and workflows (e.g., GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Terraform, Helm)Strong knowledge of Linux and scripting (bash, Python, etc.)Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)Willingness to participate in support rotations and handle incident-related tasksStrong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)Experience working with Service Desk platforms (e.g., Jira Service Management)Ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with SRE principles and on-call best practices
