My responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding (corporate portal and e-learning systems), and implementing grading systems, KPIs, and performance reviews. I also focused on employee engagement, feedback systems, and retention. I automated HR processes in Notion, which improved transparency and efficiency across departments. I worked with both frontline staff and top management to build strong teams and a healthy work culture.
