With 7+ years of experience as an iOS app engineer, including 2 years of team leadership, I have successfully led a team in developing a significant large-scale app. Notably, I took the initiative to create the initial version of the app single-handedly. Since then, the team has grown to include a total of 14 members, with the team size doubling during 2023, including myself as the team leader.
Together, we have built upon the foundation of my initial version and transformed the app into a thriving platform with a user base of over 1M downloads.
In addition to app development, we have been dedicated to crafting and supporting an SDK, providing advanced functionalities to fellow developers.
