1. I’ve led projects across all stages of the HR cycle: HR strategy, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, organizational design, compensation and benefits, engagement, and HR analytics.
2. I’ve worked with teams ranging from 50 to 1,600 employees and managed small HR teams. I’ve supported large-scale transformations, including Agile transformation and building new teams from scratch.
3. I believe in the power of HR metrics and data to make the best decisions. I know where to find the right data and which metrics matter most to the business.

6. I initiated the “Product Marketing Manager” training program with internal experts, boosting competencies in product marketing and analytics among marketers and product owners: 360 participants, CSI 9.6, NPS 97%.
7. Language proficiency: English—B2+, Serbian—A2 (almost fluent 😊).
