• Conducted analysis of a strategic experiment, the results of which opened up new directions for product development and directly influenced management decisions.

DWH and Data Infrastructure:

• Designed and implemented a DWH for product analytics (Real Estate Search) from scratch, reducing ad-hoc analysis and data processing time by 70%.
• Developed and automated ETL pipelines to collect data from heterogeneous sources (search logs, API, Clickstream), and set up monitoring and alerting systems to ensure data quality.

Modeling and B2B Analytics:

• Developed and modeled 7 auction formula variants for a B2B product and selected the optimal one to increase win rates on external platforms and boost revenue.
• Identified and quantified patterns of branded search traffic reselling among key market players, providing the business with insights for competitive action.

User Behavior Research and Analysis:

• Analyzed over 10 billion search queries to improve search result quality and increase user engagement.
• Initiated a study of “empty search result” scenarios, leading to the creation of a product improvement backlog and enhanced user experience.

BI and Reporting Automation:

• Built an automated dashboard system (DataLens, Superset), which became the team’s main tool for operational decision-making and reduced time spent on routine reporting.
