Мои компетенции и опыт

Senior Product Designer with 7 years across AI products, B2B SaaS and growth-focused B2C. I start from the root cause, not the screen. At Klyp, new users stalled at a blank prompt, so I rebuilt the first screen around one-click presets and cut median time to first generation from 10.2 to 4.1 min. At VOISO, testing showed managers rely on different metrics, so I replaced fixed dashboards with a customizable widget system for an AI contact-center platform. First or sole designer at =nil; Foundation and Concero. AI in daily workflow: Claude for research synthesis and data clustering, Claude and Cursor for coded prototypes.
