HR & Operations Professional in iGaming | People Partner & Process Lead

I build and optimize the operational backbone that allows iGaming teams to perform at their best. My role sits at the intersection of HR, finance, and operations, ensuring smooth processes for people and budgets across international settings.

What I focus on:

· HR & Financial Operations: Full ownership of the monthly HR department budget and key company cost items. I manage cash flow, control spending, and handle payment approvals via Jira to ensure financial clarity and discipline.
· People Partnership: Act as the dedicated People Partner for the P2P department (20+ people), providing day-to-day support and facilitating communication between the team and leadership.
· International Onboarding & Relocation: Manage the entire employee journey for talent from CIS countries—from contract signing (B2B) and Business Incubator setup in Poland to providing guidance on legalization and relocation.
· Payroll & Administration: Oversee end-to-end payroll for 90+ Business Incubator contractors, including calculations, taxes, insurance, and timely payments. Handle employment documentation, leaves, and compensation.
· Operational Support: Organize and manage conference participation for team members and ensure all administrative and compliance processes run smoothly.
