I have over 4 years of experience in recruitment and HR, with a strong background in both talent acquisition and building internal HR processes and policies from scratch. My expertise is especially focused on startups — primarily in the crypto and fintech sectors, but I'm also open for new spheres.

I work with a wide range of sourcing channels: LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, job boards, referrals, Kaggle, Behance, and beyond. I also create donor company lists, scout top university graduates, olympiad winners, and engage with participants of hackathons and meetups.

I came into the HR profession by heart — driven by genuine interest in people. I follow a human-centric approach to recruitment, prioritizing respectful and transparent communication at every stage of the hiring process.
