- Served as the agency’s sole sales manager, processing 100% of inbound leads and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- An average annual sales volume - $400–550k, an average deal size - $25–40k.
- Conducted negotiations with leads/clients worldwide, including US, EMEA, LATAM.
Client & Account Management
- Acted as the primary escalation point for all accounts, resolving complex conflicts by structuring alternative solutions to save contracts, protect revenue and maintain long-term relationships.

Project & Delivery Management

- Implemented a standardized project handover process for vacations and staff transitions, reducing project risks and minimizing stress for both the team and clients.
- Optimized the sales workflow, significantly reducing time-to-deal on inbound opportunities.
- Fostered a culture of ownership: PMs became more proactive in identifying client needs over the scope and upsell opportunities, shifting focus from pure execution to account development.
- Revisited company approach to meetings, recovering productive hours for the team.
