Hi! I'm Lina, an HR manager with experience in recruiting and developing personnel. My goal is to find and attract the best talents who will help companies achieve their strategic goals.

Over the past 3 years, I have successfully closed complex positions and formed a constant flow of candidates for mass recruitment, forming highly effective teams in sales and other areas. My experience includes active search, using social networks and creating adaptation programs for new employees, as well as conducting interviews and onboarding.

I have a high level of English (C1), Russian (C2) and expert skills in the field of recruitment, including the use of x-ray and Boolean search to find highly qualified specialists. I actively use modern tools such as AI PeopleGPT and LinkedInHelper, and also search for candidates on Behance, GeekBrains and other popular resources of the foreign market.

I have a deep understanding of the frameworks and technologies required for IT employees, which allows me to effectively assess the professional skills of candidates. My experience includes a full cycle of personnel selection, organization of corporate events and development of corporate culture. I strive to create a positive working atmosphere and strengthen team spirit in the company.
