Over the last 3–5 years, I have worked in financial analysis, budgeting, management accounting, and reporting automation. In my recent roles, I was responsible for budgeting and forecasting, plan-versus-actual analysis, cash flow planning, and profitability analysis. I also worked closely with business teams to turn operational data into financial insights for management.

A big part of my work was automation and BI reporting. I connected ERP data with Power BI, built KPI dashboards, and improved reporting transparency and speed. I also supported financial modeling, scenario analysis, cost control, and management reporting.

My main achievements include improving reporting processes, developing analytical tools for decision-making, strengthening cost control, and increasing the quality of financial visibility for management. My KPIs were mainly related to reporting accuracy and timeliness, budget variance control, and the usefulness of analytics for business decisions.
