For the last 2 years, I have been developing the monetization mechanics of the new TikTok vertical - live broadcasts. 
I organized the development cycle and built a team for it. 

• Compiled and structured the annual roadmap, synchronized it with the C-level and the development team. 
• Conducted 50+ A/B tests (A/B/C ; degrading tests for UX, monetization, engagement) 
• Developed and launched a loyalty system (VIP-levels) 
• Expanded the team: hiring and onboarding 2 junior PM 
• Initiated the launch of a new monetization channel (posts section)
