I recently finished a course in IT recruitment and HR in the tech industry. During the course, I learned how to use key sourcing tools like LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search. I also got a good understanding of basic tech terms and the different roles in IT teams.

Even though I’m just starting my career in IT, I’ve been close to this world for a long time — my parents and close friends work in tech. It’s always felt familiar and inspiring to me. Now I’m ready to join it professionally.

I have over 3 years of HR experience from a fast-growing EdTech startup, where I:

• Hired and onboarded over 80 specialists

• Built and managed a remote team of 40+ teachers

• Created onboarding programs and improved HR processes

• Helped with employee development and solved team conflicts

I’m excited to use this experience in the IT industry and become real support for both teams and candidates.
