Over the past 3+ years, I’ve been working as a System Analyst in product and service-based IT companies, including a role as Head of Analytics Department. I’ve led and supported full project cycles — from requirements gathering and modeling to deployment support — across mobile, CRM, and web platforms.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Gathered and analyzed business and system requirements, converted them into user stories, use cases, and detailed specifications (SRS, API docs)
• Designed REST and SOAP integrations, documented API contracts and data mapping rules
• Built business process models in BPMN and UML (use case, activity, sequence, class diagrams), including as-is / to-be states
• Maintained and updated technical documentation in Confluence and Git; developed internal knowledge bases
• Worked closely with UI/UX teams using Figma and Sketch; reviewed mockups and helped shape wireframes and flows
• Actively supported development and QA teams throughout the SDLC

📈 Achievements & KPIs:

• Successfully implemented a CRM system (Bitrix24) for a real estate team of 50 users — reduced manual work by 20% and enabled end-to-end analytics, resulting in lower marketing spend
• Participated in the design and launch of a billing platform from scratch, including architecture, API, and system logic
• Worked on mobile app projects as the only analyst — from UX flow creation to manual testing (Postman, Swagger)
• Led a mobile product team of 7 members, coordinated tasks via Trello, and contributed to delivery planning
