Over the past 5 years, I have specialised in leading large-scale organisational change and transformation programmes. I have managed reorganisation of ICT product teams (up to 300 FTE), introduced Agile delivery standards (Scrum, Kanban, Upstream Kanban), and embedded KPI-driven governance to accelerate decision-making and improve delivery throughput.

My responsibilities included:

•  Driving end-to-end change management initiatives, from design to execution.
•  Coaching managers and teams in Agile/Lean practices to build a culture of continuous improvement.
•  Re-engineering business processes and digital workflows to remove bottlenecks and reduce reliance on outsourcing.
•  Facilitating executive workshops to align stakeholders on vision and priorities.

Key achievements:

•  Increased delivery throughput and reduced decision-making lead times through new governance frameworks.
•  Reduced outsourcing dependency by 23% and cut cycle times by 20% via process optimisation.
•  Launched an enterprise Agile transformation covering 600+ staff, establishing unified planning cadence and cross-product analytics for a portfolio with 80M+ users.
