My experience spans the full product cycle: creating products from scratch, introducing new features, and optimising existing flows. With a strong focus on UX research and marketing analysis, I design with both users and business outcomes in mind. My goal is to create interfaces that customers enjoy while driving measurable value for companies. An achievement I am proud of was identifying and fixing critical UX issues in an MVP, redesigning the flow, and increasing sales by 7%.
