Over 7 years of experience in project management. During this time, I have delivered 100+ projects of varying scale and coordinated a virtually unlimited volume of outstaffing hours; built end-to-end processes from scratch first in a small outsourcing company, and later within the project department of a product company.

Full professional expertise in:

• Outsourcing and outstaffing, product development;
• E-commerce, E-marketing, EDI;
• B2B and B2C;
• Full project delivery lifecycle, from presales to post-project support;
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Extreme Programming), Waterfall, Scrumfall, Spiral Model;
• Designing and optimizing operational processes across teams and companies;
• Soft skills: strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, high adaptability, inclination toward self-reflection, well-developed critical thinking;
• Core working environments: Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Trello), Worksection, Bitrix24;
• Confident user of: Axure, Figma, XMind, DrawIO, Miro.

Overall, I focus on achieving the required outcome. Sometimes this requires moving fast; sometimes, deliberately slow. Sometimes every line of code must be documented; sometimes documentation can be deprioritized for months. I apply the same pragmatic approach to frameworks, methodologies, and tools. At this stage, I am interested in complex, large-scale projects, preferably with dedicated teams. I aim to continue developing in the role of Product Manager / Product Owner.

I am curious and frequently ask “why.” I enjoy exploring alternative ways to implement solutions. I do not know everything; learning, discovering new concepts, and validating them in practice is something I genuinely enjoy.

Personal interests include sports, dancing, and hiking. I am deeply engaged in music and board games, where I often act as a host and organizer.
