System Analyst with 18+ years of experience in IT product delivery, system and business analysis. I hold a degree in Computer Science and a PhD in AI / NLP. My background includes work in product companies, global outsourcing, and enterprise banking, including ABBYY, Luxoft, EPAM, Citibank, and Deutsche Bank.

Over the last 5+ years, I have been focused on end-to-end requirements and delivery management, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. I help transform business needs into clear, consistent, and implementable functional and technical requirements, ensuring smooth delivery from idea to production.

My responsibilities include:

• Eliciting, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements
• Describing business processes, user stories, and use cases
• Creating functional and technical specifications (UML, BPMN, ERD)
• Supporting estimation and planning, work breakdown, prioritization, and backlog management
• Defining acceptance criteria and supporting acceptance testing
• Participating in demos, reviews, and post-implementation analysis
• Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and driving problem resolution

I have extensive experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban) and actively apply PMI / PMBoK practices in daily work. I am a certified Scrum Master (PSM I).

I also bring strong technical expertise, which allows me to speak the same language with developers and design efficient solutions:
