Hello, my name is Siarhei. I am a Project Manager based in Dubai with extensive experience in web development and IT projects.

From 2014 to 2018, I worked at High Torque Software, where I was responsible for managing web and mobile development projects end to end. I communicated with clients in both Russian and English, led negotiations, analyzed project briefs, and aligned project plans with stakeholders. I managed cross-functional teams of up to 20 specialists, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers.

I created prototypes in Figma and Axure, tested releases, and successfully transitioned a major UK client from a waterfall model to Agile. By structuring documentation and workflows, I significantly improved project transparency and control.

Later, at IT Solutions in Saint Petersburg, I supported delivery processes, presented roadmaps to clients, and closed deals in the role of Sales Manager. I worked with fully distributed teams, assigned and tracked tasks using tools such as Jira, and prepared reports and budgets. Throughout all projects, I maintained a strong focus on risk management and process optimization.

I am particularly interested in working on game development projects, as I enjoy planning complex workflows and collaborating with international teams in a bilingual environment. My experience with technical documentation, reporting, and project tracking tools aligns well with the demands of game development production. I am ready to integrate quickly into a team and contribute effectively to AAA-level projects.
