I have 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and participation in HR projects. I also have experience in client interaction and cold sales, along with strong English communication skills.

I am open to various HR directions as well as Community Manager / Account Manager / Customer Success roles. I am particularly interested in IT, HoReCa, EdTech, beauty, and digital industries.

In recent years, I have worked in IT recruitment, managing full-cycle hiring processes: gathering requirements, building tailored hiring strategies, coordinating between candidates and hiring managers, and supporting onboarding. I am comfortable working with multiple parallel tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining focus on quality and results.

I am currently actively seeking new opportunities and available to start promptly.
