I operate at the intersection of growth, marketing, and business economics. My role is not to generate activity, but to build systems that scale revenue, protect unit economics, and create predictable growth across markets.

Over the last decade, I’ve led growth and marketing functions for marketplaces, health-tech, and sport-tech businesses across the UAE, US, UK, Europe, and CIS. As CMO & Head of Growth, I’ve owned GTM strategy end-to-end - from acquisition and activation to retention, monetization, and analytics. My work includes scaling marketing-driven revenue 7x while holding target CAC, reducing acquisition costs by double digits, and increasing retention through CRM, product, and lifecycle design.

I build teams and infrastructure that make growth measurable and repeatable. That means CAC/LTV ownership, funnel-level accountability, analytics-first decision making, and close alignment with product, sales, and operations. I’ve managed teams of up to 28 people, launched multi-market expansions, and worked hands-on with performance, brand, CRM, SEO, partnerships, and AI-enabled workflows.

What I typically work on: 

  • Growth strategy and GTM systems (B2C, B2B, marketplaces)
  • Revenue ownership, unit economics, CAC/LTV modeling
  • Funnel analytics, attribution, and decision frameworks
  • Team building, processes, and execution at scale 

Currently open to CMO / Head of Growth roles, as well as advisory and consulting with founders who treat growth as a business discipline, not a channel mix.
