  • Established P&L and led discovery and unit economics validation, securing approval for a 5-year business case, pricing model, product roadmap, and OKR framework.
  • Launched the platform from zero to pilot in 6 months by prioritizing MVP scope and delivery sequence, enabling operational break-even 4 months ahead of plan.
  • Took ownership of vendor strategy and delivery model, restructuring suppliers and contracts, cutting CAPEX by 28% while preserving scalability and future roadmap flexibility.
