I am a QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in fintech, e-commerce, banking CRM. Over the last several years, I have tested and automated quality assurance for forex trading platforms, order management services, payment gateways, delivery services, warehouse and cashier integrations, and banking CRM systems. My responsibilities included developing and scaling test automation solutions for backend services and customer-facing systems, covering gRPC, REST/SOAP, and Web UI testing. I designed automated test suites for regression, functional, and end-to-end validation of critical business processes, implemented and maintained automation frameworks in Java, Kotlin, and Python, integrated Allure reporting, and supported CI/CD execution in GitLab CI and Jenkins.
