I am a motivated and fast-growing professional with hands-on experience in team coordination and project management. I enjoy working with people, organizing workflows, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

I have a strong interest in the IT field and project management, and I am continuously developing my skills by learning new tools and applying them in practice. I am particularly interested in team organization, task planning, and improving processes to achieve better results.

I also enjoy combining my technical background (Python, BI, web technologies) with management approaches such as Agile and Scrum. This allows me to better understand both the technical and organizational sides of projects.

My goal is to grow as a Project Manager, take on more responsibility, and lead complex projects while continuing to develop as a strong professional in the IT industry.
