Hello! My name is Veronika.

I am an Operations Specialist with a focus on AI data, user operations, and product support. I have experience in customer support, operations coordination, and working with international teams, along with a strong interest in developing within AI-driven products and human–AI interaction.

In my work, I combine structured thinking, attention to detail, and a user-centric approach. I handle user communication (including complex cases and VIP users), collect and analyze feedback, and help translate it into actionable insights for product and operations teams.

I also have hands-on experience with AI-related tasks such as data annotation, content evaluation, and prompt-based workflows. I am familiar with basic QA processes, including feature testing, documenting user flows, and clearly and systematically reporting issues.

I am effective in multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining high-quality standards in fast-paced environments. I am comfortable working remotely, collaborating with international teams, and communicating in English at a B2 level.
