I’m a Project Manager with 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a design agency. My most notable case is developing the logo and corporate identity for the cosmetics brand PUSY. My core focus is building systems within creative environments—transforming chaos and raw ideas into clear hypotheses and measurable profit.

My recent experience and results:

At the AnyClass online school, I managed a cross-functional team of 10+ specialists. My primary KPI was revenue growth; within a year, we achieved a +150% increase through a total rebranding and strategic repositioning. I also launched 6 new digital products, which generated an additional 30% in revenue from the repeat customer segment.

At a design agency, I simultaneously managed up to 7 projects, including branding, logos, and landing pages. I take great pride in maintaining a 95% on-time delivery rate. By implementing structured briefing systems and long-term communication strategies, I was able to minimize revisions and significantly grow client LTV. This is also where I spearheaded the PUSY identity project.
