Experience:

My last job was at a Russian IT company, "EIS Housing and Utilities" ( нужен доступ к резюме ), as an IT recruiter. 

In this position, I was responsible for searching, conducting interviews, and onboarding (I know, that's not really common for a recruiter, but there was no HR manager, so I took on responsibilities for both).

Before that, I worked in the back office of DoDo Pizza, a large Russian (and now international) company providing food service. 

At this company, I was also involved in recruiting and managing a small group of two or three recruiters. I assigned responsibilities, handled onboarding and offboarding, and organized meetings and team events. My responsibilities also included hiring specialists for the most complex positions—development, design, and finance. The managers reporting to me were looking for lower-level specialists—sales managers, social media managers, and drivers.
