Engineering Operations Lead / Head of IT with 14+ years in IT and 8+ years leading distributed engineering teams. I build the operating system around software delivery: delivery models, Jira as a Single Source of Truth, DoR/DoD, quality gates, release discipline, flow metrics and AI-native delivery flows. My focus is delivery predictability, execution transparency, reduced coordination overhead, stronger quality flow and better alignment between engineering work and product goals.

In my latest project, I transformed an engineering vertical delivery system from ~100 unstructured tasks with no estimation into 1200+ structured Jira issues with decomposition, estimation, ownership and prioritization, reducing average task age by ~60%. I introduced Jira + Confluence as a unified visibility system, end-to-end PRD → development → QA → release flow, DoR/DoD/RACI/SLA, release readiness, C-level dashboards and AI-assisted workflows.

I use AI not as a personal productivity tool, but as part of the delivery operating model: meeting transcripts → PRDs → Jira tasks → stakeholder summaries → risk and status visibility. I work with Claude, Fireflies, ChatGPT and internal AI tools to support task decomposition, documentation, decision capture, context preservation and faster movement from discussion to execution.

At AADS, as Head of IT, I owned engineering operations for a distributed IT/product team of 20+ people across backend, frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps and analytics. I built delivery processes, sprint rhythm, prioritization, risk visibility and stakeholder reporting, while managing multiple product streams, hiring/onboarding, mentoring, escalations and ownership growth inside the team.

Earlier at DigiNeat and SLISE, I led delivery for distributed cross-functional teams, translated business goals into technical execution plans, built planning/grooming/sprint delivery processes, maintained execution visibility in YouTrack and improved handoffs between stakeholders and engineering. At Crypterium, I owned end-to-end delivery of a mobile Telegram game from idea to release and post-release support.

My technical foundation comes from NCR, where I led a team of 9 engineers supporting mission-critical banking and retail infrastructure under SLA-critical pressure. I worked with incident response, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, SOPs and 24/7 service continuity.
