- Onboarding and adaptation: holding regular adaptation meetings, supporting employees at all stages, interacting with team leaders

- Conducting selection analytics and evaluating candidates using interview techniques (behavioral, biographical, and case studies)

*A system of personnel selection and adaptation has been created and implemented. Market fixability is 30-40%, in our office it is up to 50-60% thanks to the implemented system
