Naumen Conversation Intelligence — B2B SaaS, Speech analytics of voice and text channels for contact centers (banking, insurance, FMCG and medical companies). I was responsible for the full cycle of Discovery and Delivery, including the AI direction (summarization,ML analysis of dialogues). A total of 50+ product improvements have been implemented. 
Key results:

• AI Copilot: Initiated and brought to release the functional of summarization and contextual analysis of dialogues based on ML models 
• Custom RBAC: Designed from scratch the system of custom roles, which eliminated the key equirement for security and interface flexibility of the enterprise segment
• Appeal Workflow: Developed a universal logic for the complex process of challenging grades, taking into account the specifics of KPIs and organizational structures of different contact centers

• Product backlog management: Conducted regular meetings (grooming, sprint-planning, retro and demo), ensuring transparency of the Agile/Kanban process
• CustDevandhypotheses:Conducted aresearchprogram(meetingswith clients, Mystery Shopping) and validated hypotheses on the demand for AI tools, which led to the prioritization of features in development
• Requirements management: Turned the complex technical requirements into understandable business functional, interacted with the cross-functiona lteam of 12 (design,QA, development), ensuring alignment across business stakeholders and adjacent departments 
• Visualization of solutions: Prepared interactive prototypes (Figma/Miro) and presentations to demonstrate new functional to the team and clients
