Most companies want higher performance. Individual performance is connected to a sense of meaning and feeling in the right place. Team performance starts with cohesion, which depends on trust, psychological safety, emotional awareness and constructive conflict.

As an Organizational Psychologist, I help organizations improve decision-making, relationships, and performance through work with teams and individuals. This also helps teams become more self-organized, adaptive, and stable, while reducing dependency on a single leader or “superstar” contributor.

I also bring 14+ years of hands-on experience as a backend, full-stack, mobile, and game developer, along with education in project management and a strong focus on product thinking and client needs. This combination gives me a distinctive perspective as a consultant, manager or a development team member.
