I gather and structure requirements from ambiguous business needs, map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, document functional specifications and user stories, and drive system migrations through testing, UAT, and rollout. Comfortable in fast-paced environments where I need to bring clarity, identify gaps, and operate independently across multiple stakeholder groups.

Hands-on with ERP and CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics AX, Salesforce), process modelling (BPMN, UML), system integrations (REST APIs, JSON), and analytics (SQL, Power BI, Looker Studio). I combine a structured business-analysis foundation with practical experience in automation tooling (Make, n8n, Apps Script) — useful when ERP gaps need to be bridged with operational workflows.
