Led the Storage Systems and Data Backup Department, covering block storage, object storage, SAN fabrics, and backup platforms across public and private cloud environments.

Managed task prioritization, capacity planning, procurement planning, and operations on critical infrastructure. Developed RPO/RTO/SLA requirements and contributed to the implementation of new storage and backup services for cloud clients.

Coordinated cloud infrastructure integration into the Rostelecom Data Center structure, including operational handover, process alignment, and knowledge transfer between engineering teams.

Worked with Brocade, HPE, Huawei, YADRO, Infinidat, NetApp, Dell, Cloudian, Veeam, Commvault, Veritas NetBackup, and Cyberprotect.

Improved engineering operations through documentation, knowledge transfer, task ownership, and reduction of key-person dependency.

Expanded expertise toward Kubernetes-first platform engineering, including GitOps/CD, CI/CD automation, storage integration patterns, backup and restore approaches, and bare-metal infrastructure lifecycle.
