I am a Product Manager and Product Leader with more than 8 years of experience building fintech, payments, blockchain, and platform products.

My background combines software development, product management, and business ownership. Throughout my career, I have launched products from scratch, scaled existing platforms, and worked closely with engineering, business, compliance, operations, and external partners.

Most recently at EMCD, I built a new B2B product direction from the ground up, including crypto processing, OTC, mass payouts, and embedded financial products. The business reached more than $2M in monthly transaction volume during its early growth phase. I was responsible for product strategy, monetization, GTM, customer discovery, compliance processes, and P&L ownership.

Before that, at PAYNET, one of the largest fintech ecosystems in Uzbekistan, I led the development of consumer financial products including cross-border transfers, an e-wallet, transfers by phone number, loyalty and cashback mechanics, ticketing services, and card products. During this period, monthly paying users grew from 100,000 to more than 1 million.

Over the last year, I have actively integrated AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor into my daily workflow for research, product discovery, documentation, prototyping, and process automation. I enjoy rapidly validating ideas, building MVPs, and finding efficient solutions to customer problems.
