• Built the data platform behind it: automated ETL pipelines pulling Wildberries and Ozon APIs into BigQuery and Yandex Query, with incremental loads, rate-limit and retry handling, and scheduled near-real-time refresh of core dashboards.
• Automated reporting into Google Sheets and BI dashboards via Google Apps Script and API integrations — cut a daily multihour manual export routine down to minutes and removed a recurring source of human error in the numbers. • Developed a Telegram bot for booking and tracking warehouse delivery timeslots, with conflict detection and automatic reminders — eliminated missed supply windows that previously cost the team shipment slots. 
• Owned the whole delivery chain: Dockerized services deployed on cloud VMs, scheduled jobs, environment and secret management, logging and alerting on pipeline failures. 
• Worked directly with founders and operations leads: gathered requirements, translated messy business processes into data models, prioritised the roadmap by how many manual hours each feature saved, and shipped iteratively with weekly feedback.
