I am a certified Project Manager and experienced operations leader transitioning into the IT sector. While my formal PM training was completed a few years ago, I have spent the last three years in the tech-adjacent sector actively practicing core project management methodologies in high-pressure environments.

At Xometry, an on-demand manufacturing platform, I rapidly progressed from Production Manager to Senior PM, and now serve as a POD Leader. In these roles, I have essentially been doing the work of a Project Manager: owning end-to-end project lifecycles, managing cross-functional stakeholder communication, mitigating commercial risks, and resolving technical bottlenecks. A key highlight was optimizing internal milestone tracking to decrease average order delays by 10%.

Prior to this, I spent 9 years in civil aviation operations, where I mastered crisis management, real-time troubleshooting, and strict regulatory compliance under tight deadlines.

Although I haven’t held a dedicated 'IT Project Manager' title yet, my 12+ years of professional experience are rooted in the exact soft and hard skills needed for the role: matrix leadership, proactive risk management, and bridging the gap between technical teams and business clients. I am excited to bring this mature leadership and my certified PM foundation into a software development environment, where I can quickly adapt to your workflows and help drive sprint or project delivery.
