PERSONAL PRODUCT — MY ESIM

Developed and launched a personal travel eSIM service as a Telegram bot and Mini App (also there are bots in VK and WA). • Designed the customer journey: destination and plan selection, payment, order status, QR-code delivery and installation guidance.

• Built the backend on нужен доступ к резюме and Supabase and integrated the eSIM Access provider through API and webhooks.

• Implemented Telegram Stars payments, order history, repeated QR delivery, traffic-balance checks and service notifications.

• Added a searchable provider catalogue, regional plans and an eSIM compatibility check in the Mini App.

• Prepared automated tests for the main purchase, payment and fulfilment scenarios.

• Deployed the service on a VPS using PM2 and Cloudflare and set up backups and basic service monitoring.

• Created a public product website and supporting product content.

This project gave me practical experience in defining an MVP, translating user needs into product flows, making scope and priority decisions, integrating external partners and improving a live product after testing.

AUTOMATION PROJECTS

• Built AI assistants using OpenAI and Anthropic models for routine customer-support requests.

• Designed n8n workflows connecting Telegram, amoCRM, Bitrix24 and Google Sheets.

• Implemented payment and access-provisioning flows and CRM automation for small-business use cases.

• Worked with Python, JavaScript, SQL, Docker, APIs, LLM tools and prompt engineering.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Project Finance Manager, Turbine Technologies AAEM — 2019–2022

Managed project budgets and cash-flow planning for an international nuclear power project. Analysed financial risks and budget deviations, prepared corrective proposals and coordinated reporting with international stakeholders. Developed a project cash-flow model and presented it to shareholders during the tender process.

Pricing and Planning Manager, Turbine Technologies AAEM — 2017–2019

Prepared project budgets, financial models and the commercial sections of technical proposals.
