Accountant (Outsourced Accounting Services)

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our growing team providing outsourced accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, and delivering accurate, timely financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts for SMEs and corporate clients
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Prepare GST returns and ensure timely filing with IRAS
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and clients for year-end closing
• Support the team in process improvement and client advisory

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience (outsourced services experience is a plus)
3. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar)
4. Strong understanding of Singapore’s tax and GST regulations
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
6. Good communication skills and client service mindset
