🧭 Role Overview:

As a senior engineer, you’ll tackle complex full-stack challenges: building scalable services, implementing smart UI, integrating AI-assisted tools across the development lifecycle, and elevating engineering standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development:

• Build and maintain resilient backend services in Node.js (TypeScript), and dynamic frontends using React/Next.js.
• Design and evolve APIs (GraphQL/REST), and work with databases like PostgreSQL/MongoDB.

AI‑Powered Engineering:

• Utilize and optimize AI-powered dev tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude-Code, Cursor).
• Embed LLM-assisted workflows for planning, code generation, review assistance, and test harnesses.

Quality & Performance Best Practices:

• Write efficient, secure, testable code; enforce CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Instrument observability and performance benchmarks; optimise runtime bottlenecks.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data engineers to deliver revenue-driving features.
• Regularly participate in architecture reviews, grooming sessions, and support deployments.

✅ Required Experience:

• 5+ years in full-stack development with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building API-first, cloud-native systems.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce infrastructure: carts, checkout, OMS/WMS, Delivery.
• Familiarity with AI development tools and pipelines (Copilot, Claude-Code, Cursor).

🎁 Nice-to-Have:

• Direct experience integrating LLMs or GenAI tooling within development workflows (e.g. test generation, semantic search enhancements).
• Exposure to headless commerce, modular infrastructure, or logistics automation.
• Worked in mid-sized startup environments (50–100 engineers) focused on fast iteration.
