QA Engineer Manual

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Manual QA Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to a range of exciting web application projects. You’ll help deliver high-quality, user-friendly products across multiple domains.

You will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and the Product Manager to ensure robust testing and smooth releases.

💼 Responsibilities

-Understand requirements for new features or change requests across different projects

-Collaborate with developers to debug issues and clarify workflows

-Conduct thorough manual testing based on requirements and real-world scenarios

-Create and maintain detailed test cases for assigned tasks

-Participate in demos and screen-sharing sessions to showcase new features

-Report and track bugs using appropriate QA tools

✅ Requirements

-Previous experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role

-Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and best practices

-Understanding of Agile development processes

-Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar

-Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

--Experience testing web applications across desktop and mobile platforms

-Basic understanding of back-end technologies (experience in back-end development is a plus)

-QA certifications (ISTQB or similar) are a plus

💰 Salary

-From $8 up to $10 per hour

🕘 Working Conditions

-Full-time freelance position

-Monthly payments

-Time off and vacation days subject to prior approval

-Monday to Friday, 8-hour workday

Expected daily schedule:

Start work between 3:00–4:00 AM EST for daily task sync and initial testing

Follow-up testing around 7:00–8:00 AM EST after bug fixes

Availability between 7:00–10:00 AM EST for potential team and CEO calls (up to 3 times per week; attendance is mandatory)
