Head of Product

Inita is building an AI-first business co-pilot to enable small businesses to effortlessly build, manage, and scale their online presence from web site building, social media, bookings and CRM.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Head of Product who knows how to build a winning product strategy, loves engaging with users, and is excited to lead our growth into the global market.

What you bring:

• 6+ years of experience technical product management, especially in B2B/В2С SaaS in the US or UK markets
• Solid hands-one experience with JTBD, roadmap, as well as various types of research (user, market, competitive, UX)
• Good understanding of API design, cloud software, data, and analytics
• English: C1+

Will be a plus:

• A basic understanding of ML and AI principles
• Experience with UX prototyping and testing or close collaboration with UX design team
• You know how to write an SQL query or a simple JS script to automate tasks.

As a successful candidate, you know firsthand how to manage all aspects of a successful user-facing product – from discovery to delivery – and can share real examples of your (un)successful experiences. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and know your way around the tools of the trade. You operate confidently on both tactical and strategic levels.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain a roadmap that aligns with company goals, driving innovation and improvement
• Work closely with the team and customers to turn feedback into actionable features.
• Serve as the bridge between product management, engineering, and other teams, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinate with engineering and QA to roll out features smoothly, addressing any issues.
• Conduct interviews and surveys (in English), and tests to gather insights and advocate for user needs.
• Keep everyone aligned and communicate product updates regularly.
• Track key metrics and use data to improve the product.
• Keep an eye on the market to keep Inita ahead of the competition.
