A US-based subscription service in the Fragrance & Home space. The company partners with over 600 designer and niche brands to deliver personalized fragrance and home scent experiences. With a strong tech foundation, they serve hundreds of thousands of monthly subscribers across the US and are expanding to the UK and broader European markets.
About the Role
As a Product Analyst, you’ll drive data-informed decision-making across the product organization. Your work will directly impact how the company measures, understands and improves user engagement and retention in a subscription-driven business. You’ll take ownership of A/B testing, user behavior analysis and forecasting key metrics such as LTV.
What You’ll Do
- Design and analyze A/B tests, define success metrics and evaluate business impact
- Support the migration and improvement of internal experimentation tools (GrowthBook)
- Conduct retention analytics and long-term behavior analysis
- Forecast and monitor key subscription metrics like LTV and conversion
- Ad hoc research
- Present data insights in a clear, actionable way to product and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with data engineers to maintain data quality and optimize workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in data or product analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and strong hands-on analytics skills
- Experience working with A/B testing and product metrics
- Solid understanding of business impact, not just statistical output
- Familiarity with tools like Looker, Amplitude, or similar
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Experience with Python or R is a plus
