Head of Affiliate

Work Format: Remote (with future relocation opportunity to our office in Dubai)

 🌌 EVEDEX is a next-gen hybrid trading exchange blending CeFi and DeFi. We’re building a powerful affiliate and partner ecosystem to accelerate user growth and market reach. As Head of Affiliate, you’ll lead our partner strategy, bring in top-tier KOLs and affiliates, and scale the program into a long-term business growth channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a comprehensive affiliate strategy across key regions
• Onboard and manage top-performing KOLs, influencers, and affiliate networks
• Optimize affiliate program structure, including commissions, retention, and scaling
• Conduct partner calls and presentations, clearly communicating EVEDEX’s value
• Launch and iterate reputation-based and paid acquisition campaigns
• Act as a trusted expert to promote both the product and the brand in crypto circles

We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management in crypto, trading, fintech, or gambling
• Experience with Web3 and crypto (directly or indirectly), and readiness to fully transition into the industry
• Strong network of affiliates, KOLs, and partners across CIS, LATAM, Europe
• Understanding of affiliate traffic tools, paid channels, and growth funnels
• Deep understanding of affiliate traffic tools, paid acquisition channels, and performance optimisation
• Proven ability to build and scale referral systems, drive traffic, and attract deposits to platforms
• Confident negotiator and communicator with a track record of closing deals
• Fluent English (C1+); other languages are a plus
• Bonus: experience with personal referral systems and influencer monetisation

Terms & Benefits

• Employment via UAE entity, formalised through contract
• Salary: Base + % from affiliate deal flow, in USDT/USD or via EasyStaff
• Commission system tied to affiliate performance
• Paid leave: 28 vacation days + 5 paid days off per year
