Machine Learning Researcher LLM

📍 Full-time, On-site in Germany | €120,000+ fixed salary + relocation support & equity

We’re seeking a Machine Learning Researcher who’s ready to dive deep into cutting-edge large language models and build agentic AI systems from the ground up. You'll be designing and training LLMs on high-performance clusters (500+ H100s), experimenting with RLHF, and collaborating with a small team of top engineers and researchers.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and train LLMs from scratch on high-end GPU clusters

Implement reinforcement learning, self-play, and real-time control mechanisms

Optimize inference speed and performance

Collaborate with other researchers to push the boundaries of AI autonomy

Create simulation environments for training agents

Requirements:

Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, CUDA, Triton, or DeepSpeed

Hands-on experience with distributed training and LLMs

Familiarity with reinforcement learning and agent training techniques

Publications are a plus

Willingness to relocate to Germany
