Infrastructure Engineer (Kubernetes / DevOps / Security)

Full-time, On-site in Germany | €100,000+ fixed salary + relocation support & equity

We're looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to own and evolve the core systems powering a complex cloud-based AI product. You’ll be working across Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and cloud platforms to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and PostgreSQL

Monitor and optimize system performance and cost

Configure Linux-based virtual environments and remote desktops

Build and maintain secure, scalable cloud environments

Drive architectural decisions and infrastructure automation

Requirements:

Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, and Linux systems

Strong understanding of system performance and load balancing

Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

Proactive, self-organized, and startup-minded

Willingness to relocate to Germany
