CIS Region Affiliate manager (Middle+)

Work Format: Remote (with future relocation opportunity to our office in Dubai)

🌌 EVEDEX is a next-gen hybrid trading exchange blending CeFi and DeFi. We’re scaling brand visibility across the CIS region and are looking for a KOL Manager to lead influencer outreach, manage key partnerships, and grow our community presence across Telegram, YouTube, and Web3-native media.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators across the CIS Web3 space
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage deliverables for marketing campaigns
• Coordinate promo launches on Telegram, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize for reach and ROI
• Research and onboard new KOLs aligned with our mission and target audience
• Collaborate with content, product, and community teams for campaign alignment

We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in crypto or fintech influencer marketing
• Strong network of KOLs and niche creators in CIS markets
• Excellent communication and deal-structuring skills
• Proven record of managing campaigns end-to-end
• Self-driven, organized, and fluent in Russian + English

Terms & Benefits

• Employment via UAE entity, formalised through contract
• Salary: Base + % from closed and approved deals, paid in USDT or via EasyStaff
