RPA Engineer

About the Role

As an RPA Engineer at Zentist, your work directly empowers dental practices across the U.S. to focus on care instead of paperwork. Every bot you build eliminates hours of manual labor — from downloading documents from insurance portals to posting claims into client PMS. You’ll design robust background automations using UiPath, Python, and API integrations — at scale.

Our automation team is expanding to meet growing demand, and we’re looking for a thoughtful, experienced engineer to help us deliver faster,

smarter, and more reliable automations.

Your team

• Automates insurance workflows — including claim status checks, document handling, and claim posting

• Builds unattended and background bots using UiPath and Python, with API and web-based integrations

• Collaborates across dev, infra, and product to ensure delivery and reliability of automation

• Works in a production environment with real business impact and high reliability expectations

You bring

• Solid hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development (other platforms are optional)

• Good knowledge of Python, including scripting, REST API interactions, and automation approaches

• Experience with web automation tools such as Selenium and/or Playwright

• Comfort working with SQL and experience using PostgreSQL

• Ability to investigate, debug, test and improve automation logic based on test results yourself to deliver production ready solutions

We work in PST time so if u re located in Moscow time zone it will be from 4-12pm
